Can I return and refund my order?

At NHV, we know that circumstances can change unexpectedly. Here’s how we can assist you when you need to return an item:

-- Sealed Items: We will gladly credit your account for any sealed items that are returned.
-- Opened Items: Unfortunately, opened or used supplements are not eligible for a refund.

Here are some important details regarding our return process:

Refunds: For any returned items, you will receive the full purchase price (minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee) once the products arrive at our warehouse.

Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We do offer free shipping on orders over $100; however, if a product is being returned, a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Window: We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or for items returned after 60 days from the purchase date.

✅ Unsealed or damaged items, all sales (including Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales), and RTS packages are not eligible for refunds.

✅International orders outside the USA and Canada are not covered by the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

To initiate a return, please send us an email with the names of the sealed products you wish to return to returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com; we will provide you with an authorization number for processing.
