To avoid any potential inconveniences, we recommend all Australian customers to apply for this import permit in advance.

- Create an account on the Australian Agriculture website: Register Account
- Apply for an import permit under the "Pet food, pet food ingredients, and supplements for companion animals" category: BICON Permit
